Effected by printing craft, residual nickel will be remained on the fabric, and this kind of heavy metal will have irritation to human skin and respiratory tract, thus harm our health. Zero residual nickel on fabric is very important, especially to baby clothing, children clothing and fabric Directly contacted to our skin! International ECO Textile Association has published a standard “Oeko-Tex® Standard 100” , stipulate that the limitation of 0.5 ppm for “I” grade product, and limitation 1.0 ppm for grade “II” to “IV”. This strict requirement has bring tremendous challenge to vast majority fabric producer .
Solving the residual nickel problem has been an tough job in textile printing field. Though years arduous work and experiment , Our company has successfully launched ENF Rotary printing screen, to realized “0” residual nickel on fabric.
The fabric produced by our company, has successfully pass the lab test by international authority test institution “Intertek”, the test result conform to Grade “I” of “Oeko-Tex® Standard 100”
